Machine Advantages
1. This drilling rig combines mud rotary drilling and pneumatic impact drilling in a single unit. Its high-performance mechanical top drive system delivers a speed of 901 rpm and a peak torque of 9000 Nm. Based on the characteristics of different formations, the equipment can intelligently adapt its drilling mode: when operating in soft soil layers, it uses coreless drilling tools or conical bits for mud circulation drilling; when dealing with hard rock formations, it can perform high-speed rotary cutting and switch to the impact crushing method of a compressed air-driven down-the-hole hammer. Especially in complex working conditions, such as loose gravel layers, the innovatively designed synchronous pipe-following drilling system effectively maintains the stability of the hole wall.
2. The drilling rig features a 3500mm over-stroke dual-speed feeding mechanism, which greatly increases the share of pure drilling time by optimizing the feed rate to match the hardness of different rock layers. Its unique dual-mode hydraulic drive system employs intelligent split-merge flow control technology. The single-pump energy-saving mode is activated during drilling, while automatic switching to dual-pump parallel oil supply occurs during hoisting operations, achieving an optimal balance between energy consumption and efficiency. Practical tests show that this design cuts down on ineffective energy use by 40% and trims auxiliary operation time by 35%.
3. The drive system adopts an all-mechanical power transmission design, with energy conversion efficiency double that of traditional hydraulically driven drilling rigs. Combined with the modular drilling tool rapid switching system, it not only avoids common construction issues such as drill jamming and overheating but also boosts overall drilling efficiency by over 50%. Through three core technological innovations—composite drilling mode, intelligent hydraulic allocation, and efficient mechanical transmission—the entire rig achieves simultaneous optimization of energy consumption and work efficiency.
