Four RCF180S Hydraulic Water Well Drilling Rigs Ready for European Shipment

A batch of four RCF180S water well drilling rigs has completed production and factory inspection before shipment to Europe. These drilling rigs are scheduled to support local water well construction and drilling service projects after arrival.

The RCF180S is a compact hydraulic drilling rig developed for medium-depth water well drilling operations. Although the machine features a relatively small structure, it supports drilling depths of up to 180 meters and can adapt to different drilling environments.

Each rig is powered by a 77.3kW Yuchai diesel engine to provide stable output during drilling operations. The machine also delivers a maximum rotary torque of 4600 N·m and a lifting capacity of 15 tons, supporting efficient drilling performance in various geological formations.

For easier transportation and operation, the drilling rig adopts 2-meter drill rods. This configuration helps simplify rod handling during drilling work and reduces labor requirements on site.

The RCF180S water well drilling rig supports both air drilling and mud drilling methods, enabling operators to switch configurations according to project conditions. Prior to shipment, the four machines underwent hydraulic testing, drilling system inspection, and operational checks at the factory to ensure readiness for overseas delivery.
